Want to make a quick Easter treat that doubles as a pre-workout snack? Try these nut butter bunny cookies based on the following Food Network recipe:

We made two batches of dough, one using Nuttzo Dark Chocolate (darker color) and one using Super Seed (lighter color) nut butter. We followed the recipe as is, except for the following changes:
-skipped the vanilla extract (since the Nuttzo has a lot of flavor on its own)
-added 2 tablespoons of gluten-free flour to make the dough easier to shape
We shaped the dough into balls (big for the bodies/heads, small for the legs/tails/ears) before chilling in the freezer for about 30 minutes. And then we assembled the bunnies after the parts were chilled.
