#meatlessmonday Grains & Greens bowl. Kale, roasted sweet potatoes & red onions, rice, lentils, Greek yogurt vinaigrette with tarragon, and our very own, homegrown hot pepper. Cold dinner for a hot night.

How to dessert. Today Amy wanted to bake so we made a strawberry upside down cake and piled on all the fresh berries, whipped cream, and mint. We used a cupcake recipe Amy found @delish, used half of the batter to make cupcakes and the rest for this.

Summer snacks by the pool. Heading home after a weekend way upstate. Des and Amy haven’t been this happy in months. #coldlocalcider #freshsourdough

Another 🥇 #summermeal. Sesame/Mirin/Tamari seasoned quinoa, chick peas, all the veggies, and all the herbs. What started as a challenge to include something fresh and seasonal in every meal led to some pretty healthy meals and some strong & fit
