Pools and gyms around the world are closed due to the corona virus global pandemic. It’s leaving swimmers and triathlon with the question, how do we keep up our swim fitness? We created this video to demonstrate a serious of exercises using stretch cords to help strengthen swimming muscles when you can’t get into a pool.
