Athlete Food Seven Layer Dip
Who doesn’t love seven layer dip?? We love it so much that we’ve turned it into a healthy meal. Swap the chips for a fork and dig right in.
Here are our layers:
1. Refried Beans
2. Rice
3. Taco Sauce mixed with Greek yogurt
4. Shredded cheddar cheese
5. Chopped tomatoes
6. Sliced avocados
7. (+8 & 9!) Green onions, lime wedges, and seeded jalapeños (if you want extra heat)
