#meatlessmonday Grains & Greens bowl. Kale, roasted sweet potatoes & red onions, rice, lentils, Greek yogurt vinaigrette with tarragon, and our very own, homegrown hot pepper. Cold dinner for a hot night.
How to dessert. Today Amy wanted to bake so we made a strawberry upside down cake and piled on all the fresh berries, whipped cream, and mint. We used a cupcake recipe Amy found @delish, used half of the batter to make cupcakes and the rest for this.

August is the best time of year here in New York for some of our favorite fruits and vegetables: Tomatoes, Corn and Peaches.  Our idea of a perfect summer day is a long bike ride followed by a BBQ with friends and family.  Here's what is on our menu:
