Swim Workout Ideas
Swimming with other people makes swimming so much better, doesn't it??
This winter, I've started up a Five Thousand Friday group with our little (but growing!) group of NYC-based pro triathletes. We rotate weekly between distance sets, sprint sets, and pull sets, with all workouts having a triathlon racing specific goal.

Here's the set we did today:
Warm Up:
500 swim/300 pull/3x100 kick
5x100 descend on 1:30
16x50 :45 cruise
12x50 :40 pace
8x50 :35 just make it
6x50 :45 pace
8x50 fly/free :50
4x150 Pull+Paddles
kick ladder 25/50/75 and back down
