#meatlessmonday Grains & Greens bowl. Kale, roasted sweet potatoes & red onions, rice, lentils, Greek yogurt vinaigrette with tarragon, and our very own, homegrown hot pepper. Cold dinner for a hot night.
How to dessert. Today Amy wanted to bake so we made a strawberry upside down cake and piled on all the fresh berries, whipped cream, and mint. We used a cupcake recipe Amy found @delish, used half of the batter to make cupcakes and the rest for this.

We’re super excited to announce that blueseventy will be supporting our racing (and cooking) adventures in 2018.  

We’ll be racing in blueseventy wetsuits, speedsuits, caps, and goggles. We’ll be training in blueseventy’s line of performance swim wear.

As competitive swimmers since the age of 5, we are particular about our suits and goggles and feel so grateful that our top choice in gear is the company that believes in us and as much as we believe in them. 

So in 2018 we’ll be #allfortheswim with the goal of being  #firstoutofthewater.
