What's it like when a top-level athlete starts over after having a second baby (and a second c-section)? Follow along as Bec restarts her training, from scratch, with the goal of doing an Ironman by the end of the year. She's starting with beginner level workouts (so if you're just starting out, it's worth taking a peek at what she's doing), but I'm already bracing myself for when she's back to chasing me up and down mountains.
