Our Top Two No-Cook Summer Meals

image.jpg

We have two favorites when it comes to no-cook summer meals. One is a big spread (meat, cheese, fruit, chutney, bread, crackers, wine) meant to be eaten around a big table of friends. It's usually followed up by a few half-gallons of ice cream and cones. People don't walk away hungry. Details here

The second, our Protein Power Bowl, is more of a solo mission. It's for those days when you are too hot or tired to make something but want a healthy meal. The salmon looks cooked, right? Well, it is, by the people at Whole Foods. And so is the brown rice that's under it. That came from the Whole Foods sushi bar. The egg and the veggies we made the day before. For more details, follow this link

We'll be making both this weekend!
