Melissa and I were working on our next recipe for Freeplay Magazine yesterday and realized that none of our recipes include instructions on how to roast garlic. We often use roasted garlic, instead of raw garlic, when making soups and dips for it's sweeter, milder flavor.
There are about a zillion resources on the web that show how to roast garlic, but we thought we'd include one right here to make it easier for everyone. --Bec
