Post-Montauk Tri victory dinner

After the Montauk Triathlon on Saturday I was treated to a lovely al fresco dinner in Amagansett prepared by friends Annick, Renata and Roman. Everything was fresh, healthy and perfectly prepared. We had grilled striped bass, a salad w spicy greens, garlic scapes and a light vinagrette, grilled corn, and my favorite locally made pickles. Dessert (not pictured) - freshly picked local strawberries and 3 flavors of Haagen-Daas real ice cream. It all felt very Barefoot Contessa! Thank you Annick. --Laurel
