We hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving! After three family and food filled days in Maryland, we're back in New York. Laurel's editing the many photos we took over the weekend for a slideshow, but in the meantime, I thought I'd post a few shots.
The picture above is a look at (a small part of) our table top spread. The roasted veggies in the top right were my contribution, the sweet potato casserole came from our cousin Susan, and the spinach casserole is our cousin Crissy's specialty.
With the cooks and clean-up crew wrangling 10 kids under the age of 10 and 3 dogs, doing dishes wasn't exactly high on the priority list. Next year we'll go back to using the "fine" china, but this year we settled for tin foil and paper plates.
