The discipline and self-control we rely on to push us through the last stretch of a 6 x1 mile track workout melted at the Thanksgiving table. I'll test the theory this weekend, using my Wharhol-inspired butterfly plates from Crate and Barrel. I bought these for a pop-themed baby shower I threw for my sister a few years ago. They’re completely impractical because hardly anything fits on them. But now that’s the point!
My gift to myself this year will be a set of Heath's 6"x6" square aqua salad plates. The rich and soothing hue could make even a single cookie seem luxurious.
