Athlete Food snack: Vega Cashewmilk Yogurt Alternative #dairyfree

Today my workout was a tough session on the track with 10 x400 meters.  I wanted to make sure I ate right away after doing such an intense workout, so I actually brought the yogurt to the track and ate it right there!  Most days I will probably eat it as a snack at home. There are four flavors available: vanilla, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. I have sampled all of them and they taste great. So far, my favorite is the vanilla. It feels like a dessert!
