Here's What You Need:
Cooked Brown Rice or Quinoa *
Shredded Lacinato Kale tossed with lemon juice and sea salt
Slow-roasted tomatoes *
Smoked Mackerel
Sliced Zucchini (or another vegetable you have on hand)
Beet Hummus (store-bought is ok or try Shalane Flanagan's recipe from Run Fast, Eat Slow)
Capers
Sesame Seeds
