Mid-Winter Weekday Meal Plan (of our dreams)
We dream about cooking healthy meals every night of the week. But for some reason life has a way of ending any home-cooked dinner streak we attempt to start. I usually get to three in a row and cave to our local Chinese restaurant's Happy Hour menu (hard to resist $3 chicken satay).
But starting Monday I'm determined to streak to at least 4 in a row with this meal plan. Friday can be a well-earned dinner out.
