Kale Salad for the WIN!

Every athlete loves a kale salad these days.  This was one of our first recipes but we always come back to it because it's so healthy and so darn tasty.  Crunchy kale, massaged with lemon juice, roasted spicy butternut quash, crisp apples, toasted nuts and sharp cheese.  Top it with grilled salmon and maybe a side of quinoa for a complete meal.  It's a win!
