The race will be broadcast live on Ironman.com on Saturday. It starts at 6:25 local Hawaii time or 12:25 EST. The website has live video (usually just of the leading men and women), a blog, and a live tracker. The tracker will give you the most information about Laurel because she doesn't plan on taking any leads in the bike portion of the race.
If you want to watch Laurel run out of the water and to her bike, tune in starting at around 1:15 EST. After that you'll just have to follow her numbers on the tracker.
