The Instructions: Make steel cut oats according to the instructions on the package. When mixture starts to thicken, add two chopped apples, ¼ cup of raisins, 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon of ground flax, a cinnamon stick and a big pinch of sea salt.
