It's been a long 10 days since the Knoxville race. That little bug that I felt before the race turned into something way more powerful -- I got Knox-ed out! As soon as I crossed the finishline (see the 4:55 mark in the video above), I knew something was off. But after spending about 5 days in bed and another 5 getting healthy, I'm back to training (phew!).
I'm far from feeling as strong as I did in Knoxville (see 3:55 minutes into the video), but hoping everything comes back quickly.
