Bec and I took a road trip to Canada for the Muskoka 5150 race tomorrow. It wasn't always on the schedule but I wanted to give myself at least the chance to get some points to try to qualify for Hy-Vee, which is the championship race for the 5150 series. Plus, we love Muskoka. It's our third time here for races and it's beautiful, hilly yet full of places to relax. There are lots of lakeside brightly colored lawn chairs (Muskoka not Adirondack!) like the one I'm sitting in above. That's a green smoothie - spinach and pineapple as main ingredients.
